Will you restock 'X' item?
That completely depends on the item. If you click on the product page, and the pin is described as limited edition, then it most likely won't be restocked as you see it. It's possible that different color variations may be released in the future, however.
Can I cancel my order?
If there are extenuating circumstances, I will try to work with you. However, if you've simply changed your mind and don't want your order, be prepared to have all pending and future orders cancelled as well. I used to allow one cancellation no questions asked, but it started happening way too frequently and I've had to change things. This is to discourage frequent cancellations.
For high demand P4P items, I may be more accomidating to avoid the risk of buyers trying to resell instead.
International Shipping?
I do ship internationally. I am not responsible for customs fees and taxes. That is between the recipient and their customs. This shop cannot charge VAT taxes, and any/all taxes charged are the resposibility of the recipient. If you want to pay charges upfront, please use my Etsy store instead.
My package tracking hasn't moved in days, what do I do?
As per USPS, a package isn't considered 'missing' unless the tracking information hasn't updated in at least two weeks since the most recent update. If your package hasn't moved in two weeks, feel free to message me and I can get USPS to look into it.
I have had several packages get 'stuck', but never have they not shown up to the buyer in the end.
My package shows delivered, but it's not here. What do I do?
If your package was marked as delivered by USPS, and you cannot find it, there are several steps you can take. The first thing I recommend is checking with your neighbors, or leasing office if you live in an apartment.
If that yields no result, you will need to talk with your local post office directly. They have the technology to tell you where the package was delivered, within a distance of two feet. If they mis-delivered it, they should be able to retrieve it.
If it was shown as delivered at your address, then you will need to make a report of mail theft with local authorities and your post office. They take this very seriously. In this case (and provided with proof), I will send a replacement pin, or a refund if sold out.
If you wait more than 30 days to contact me after a 'delivered' pin is decidedly missing, unfortunately there is nothing I can do for you.
