P4P Exclusive Policies
What is p4p?
It means what you are paying is what it costs for the pin to be made, packaged, and shipped to you. It breaks down to cost of pin + packing materials + postage. No profit is being made on my end for these projects.
What is included in p4p pricing?
1. Pin production and shipping from the manufacturer.
2. Cost of the artwork.
3. Packing materials (bubble wrap, bubble mailers, adhesive labels, etc.)
4. Transaction fees.
5. Shipping to you.
Please note that I do not charge labor costs. I make zero extra outside of these production costs. I aim to break even. This is something I do for the love a series, and out of respect for the author I do not charge for my time.
If you yourself make MXTX projects for profit, I kindly request that you do not participate in my own projects.
You are 100% free to do as you like, and I will not advise you on how to run your projects. But I do find it a bit uncomfortable, if you are making profit on these characters, to benefit from my 100% nonprofit projects. Thank you for respecting my wishes.
Shipping policy for p4p items: Please note that because this is a p4p, I cannot be held responsible for parcels going missing in the mail if you do not purchase insurance (there is a separate listing for insurance). Though I will do everything in my power to help find any missing mail. If you purchase insurance, this does not guarantee and replacement pin, but it doesn't mean you'll get your money back if something goes missing.
Reselling/Trading policy for p4p items.
First 30 days: There is a strict no trading or selling policy on p4p items for 30 days after buyers receive the item. This is to discourage people buying these items for those purposes. If you are doing so anyways, I hold the right to cancel/refund any pending p4p orders, and block you out from ordering any in the future.
After 30 days: Trading for equal value of the p4p price + shipping, or selling at the cost you paid is fine. Reselling for a profit is strictly prohibited.
P4P grading policy
P4p pins are ungraded. I will pull out any pins with flaws such as: large missing sections of enamel, or largely noticable face flaws (such as smudged printing.) Otherwise, by purchasing a p4p item you are understanding that the pin you may receive may be anywhere from a grade to c grade. Replacements will not be offered if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your pin that has flaws such as scratching, underfill, overfill, tiny miscolors, slight plating problems, pinpricks, or sections with 'dots' of incorrect enamel color.
