Dead stock includes pins that I have had in hand for at least 6-12 months. You cannot choose what you receive. Pins are A/B grade, and come out to roughly $10 each for 1-4, and $9 each as 6+ as I clearance them out. No or exchanges, unless I send you something that doesn't fall in the A/B category by mistake. No limits on purchasing.
